3. 5% people admitted that they took a sleeping pill every night.
4. Majority of respondents who took sleeping pills said they’ve also experienced side effects.

It is also found that long term uses of sleeping pills create dependency and people need higher and higher doses in order to feel the drug’s effects. As a result, in the long run people did not get any benefits of the drugs.
